Cognitive skills are developed over time and derive primarily from our sensory and motor skills but are not dependent on them. Sensory and motor development includes the abilities we normally acquire and develop from birth such as the abilities to:
Persons with physical disabilities can have a high degree of cognitive functioning and in fact often do. This is because although cognition can use sensory and motor information to gather valuable information,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it is not always necessary. For instance, Helen Keller who was blind and deaf learned a high degree of cognitive functioning apart from seeing or hearing and she became the writer we all admire. Cognitive processes of brain can grow and develop regardless of age or physical condition.
The speed and the accuracy of learning are cognitive skills. As a very young child we can see words on a board but they make no sense to us without the cognitive ability to gather sufficient knowledge of the language,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], to make sense of the words. A very young child can grasp a pencil but cognitive development will with training give this child the ability to draw a picture or write a letter. For a child who is developing normally walking is a natural development. However,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], knowing which way is right and left,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], planning a specific route to walk,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], or determining how fast to walk to arrive at a particular location at a specific time, requires cognitive ability.
In summary,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], highly developed cognitive skills enable a student improve learning skills to make learning any subject easier. These basic building blocks for academic learning can be developed in only a few weeks but and can be learned at home or school. One-on-one training is important because a child with a learning problem needs the interaction,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], as well as, the support and encouragement of human feedback. A parent or teacher can easily administer the program. Effective cognitive training programs are designed specifically for parents and teachers to use at school or at home. All children can benefit from cognitive development training but especially children who are struggling to learn.

The Bank of Korea (BOK) forecasted that the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) will rise 3.9 percent next year, up 2.8 percent from this year. The central bank said in its economic report for 2002 released on Friday that the economy would grow at a higher rate in the second half of next year.

There is one above you that make that decision. By you doing the evil that someone else does, puts you in the same category as them. Me personally, I would pray for them, for they do not know.
Whether you know it or not, people look up to you and you have to set a good example for them. Show them what you are truly made of. Peace brings unity to others that are struggling. That’s a powerful question. It doesn’t mean that you have to have money; it means can I carry your groceries in for you or how can I lighten your load. That’s it. Trauma: the root of all evil
In my practice I work with very challenged individuals. The patterns that cause illness on all levels are quite deep and usually clouded in confusion,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], stagnation and imbalance. We separate from the problem, give it a name and want a cure. Even with the most sublime techniques and practices there is information that roots deeply within the mind that is so difficult to access and transform. For those who have awakened to this simple truth, they begin searching for ways to access deep within their own consciousness to create transformation. Most who suffer deeply know the confusion, fear, anger and hopelessness of trying to resolve their issues.
Drawing from the latest breakthroughs in physics,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Holodynamics creates a new framework to understand the nature of consciousness itself. There are many books on the subject. To start I would suggest “The Dance of Life” or “Holodynamics” by Victor Vernon Woolf. Dr. Woolf spent many years as a psychotherapist seeking better ways to help his patients and the most challenged populations in need of assistance. His success with drug populations, mental patients and prison inmates is well documented. He worked in Russia for many years helping to facilitate ending the cold war and has also worked in the Middle East. Holodynamics has been taught to thousands of people and does not require the need for an ongoing therapist. Trauma is a reflection of unresolved consciousness forms that you associate as yourself so now you sense yourself being that form with all it's suffering. Consciousness itself contains many forms that are stuck and can't resolve their own condition. Holodynamics teaches us how to enter into the heart of unresolved consciousness forms (downdraft holodynes) and transform them into helpful forms that serve our greatest good. Using a skillful and loving dialectical process, we learn how to locate and emerge these stealth like holodynes, get to know them for the very first time (some are quite ancient) and then help them transform. These holodynes contain information as old (and new) as consciousness itself and can originate from any form of consciousness across time and multi-dimensionally. They like us have needs and wants. We over identify with these downdraft holodynes because they literally take over our entire system in an overwhelming fashion.
I have always stated that trauma is the root of all evil. Trauma by definition would not be trauma if it completed its resolution process. The world is a reflection of unresolved trauma and the furthering harmful attempts to mask its origins within each and every one of us. Unresolved trauma keeps one in pain and causes pain around us. In my holistic practice,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I explain to my clients that unresolved trauma can be around for thirty years yet time is really an illusion. It means that for thirty years you haven't been able to access the skills to get resolution.

In my practice I learned how to access deep within the energetic body as this is the core reflection of one’s state of health on all levels. Over and over again emotional trauma would reveal itself and so I sought more skillful means to bring resolution at this core level. There is an old Buddhist saying regarding how to approach the problem of suffering. A Buddhist takes a hair and sticks in his eye where most feel it as though it is in their hand. The key here is that what we perceive as trauma is an amazing opportunity to resolve suffering at its core, to go into it and solve the problem. What are the skills one needs to accomplish this?
Downdraft holodynes are hard to access, very resistant and most people when approaching these forms feel tremendous discomfort. LG group announced Sunday it will curtail the size of its facility investment next year to W3.5 trillion, 26 percent less than this year's amount of W4.7 trillion. The United Automobile Workers (UAW) announced Tuesday that it would stop picking up passengers from 4:00am October 4 and will hold a vote of its 18,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],000 members from 58 companies at 60 branches on whether to hold an all out strike. When my priorities changed so did my relationships. I started to get that feeling again of connection, compassion and fulfillment. The funny thing is that the results still showed up.
You see, prior to Mexico, I had my priorities reversed. Here’s how it looked with Trisha and I:
I didn’t force him to find us a table. I asked if it was “possible.”
Earlier that night a group of us went to dinner at the local Steakhouse. The restaurant had a reservation for six,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. My brother and his wife just flew in the day of and were joining us last minute for dinner. We got into the lobby of the Steakhouse and the place was jam packed,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
Then we went on vacation and my priorities changed. I tore down the barrier and began to focus on people, relationships and creating connection.
Steve: “Hi. I’m Steve and you are … ? It’s really nice to meet you. I was wondering if you could help us out. You see, we have a reservation for 6 but my brother and his wife just flew in today and I was hoping to have dinner with them.”
Host: “Sir,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it’s very busy here as you can see. We have a reservation of two tables for 6 people. An 8 person reservation would mean adding two more tables. I don’t think we have the room to accommodate your group.

Steve: “You know honey, I realized something this week.”
Trisha: “What’s that?”
Steve: “People are more important than results.”
Trisha: “Well yeah, but what do you mean?”
Steve: “Well,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I think there are times when it seems to me that results are more important than people, but I realized that’s not the case. Results are important, but only secondary to people. Relationships come first.”
Vacations are great, aren’t they? It’s a great time to relax, reconnect with friends and family and enjoy the moment. The week before last I was in the Mayan Riviera in Mexico. I was there with Trisha, my brother and a few of our friends. We had such a blast. I love vacations.
I spoke with the host that was busy arranging seating. Here was our conversation:

People and relationships always come first. Results are a distant second.
One Extremely Important Lesson
I had results first. I was relating to Trisha as results. And since I was doing that, I had created this barrier between us, which made me feel empty inside.
